Pewabic, Detroit
A couple of days ago I drove Amy Sinbondit's work up to Detroit to Pewabic Pottery for her upcoming show with Judith Saloman. I had never been to Detroit before and although I was only there for two hours and it was cold and wet, I really enjoyed myself. Pewabic is certainly a very interesting place and I also ended up at a great vegetarian restaurant called Seva. I only wish I had time to explore and take more pictures... and that the weather would have allowed it. But I got a good taste and I'm sure I'll be back!

BFA's and Graduation
Just a little more from the BFA party and some shots after graduation with the girls.
Also a big thanks to Tabitha for working tirelessly on my new website. The new logo looks great!

Graduation and Beyond
Last week was my BFA party. The public was invited to see all of the Senior Shows and the President's Traveling Scholarships were announced. I got one! This September I will be traveling to Paris and London to study ceramics and architecture.
Also, today is my college graduation. I truly cannot believe it.

Persona Fashion Show
Busy, busy, busy last few weeks. I participated in a fashion show at CIA and then I had finals weeks and then I set up my BFA and survived BFA week and in just a few days I graduate from the Cleveland Institute of Art with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Ceramics.
It is nearly impossible to believe. Here I am modeling a friend's bracelet in the fashion show.
Below is my model, a lovely lady from Case Western who modeled my piece Some things you can do for a woman and some other things you can do to a dress. This dress will also be in a show later this summer.
My model did so well. The styling of the dress was modeled after the model from Funny Face played by Dovima, so I gave her these images of Dovima for inspiration.
