no more dreaming of the day

 this piece was one of my favorites from last year... i was so happy with how the photographs came out.  however, when cleaning out my studio and taking all my work home i was forced to take this piece apart in order to fit it in my little car... so i have re-birthed it as a sort of lattice on my balcony and i just love the outcome!  i love the play of ceramic leaves and real leaves.

 went to a fun little fair with steph last night.  we just ran around taking millions of pictures of everything.

phew.  things have been very busy.  within 24 hours i lost power, all my food, got power, and was notified i was finally getting a foster dog to take care of for a week.  her name is rhodes and she is absolutely lovely although she is very nervous and things are getting off to a slow start.  i'll post some pictures of her soon.  she is a hound mix and had puppies recently.
