i have no idea what to with this...thing. i picked it up at gse. i'm pretty sure it was a leftover from the dress sale after one of the art kids cut up a dress. this is all that's left and i'm really not sure what to do with it. it fits kind of weird and i don't like the high neck but i can't really cut it because of all the beads...ideas?
